Dr. Melissa Mondala will serve as your lifestyle health coach. She will actively listen to your story and symptoms. She will partner with you to create personalized health goals and meal plans.
She will provide virtual health coaching. She can provide a comprehensive lifestyle assessment. She can review your health history and look over your previous labs to provide guidance on next best steps to formulate lifestyle changes.
She will serve as your health coach. She cannot make diagnoses or give medications. However, she can direct you on how to work with your doctor to request the labs and minimize medications.
